These Terms of Service govern your use of GitPipeline, a monday.com marketplace app operated by IdeaPlaces that synchronizes monday.com task statuses with activity in connected GitHub repositories. By installing or using GitPipeline, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The service

GitPipeline receives webhooks from GitHub and updates the status of linked monday.com tasks, posts task comments, and records an activity log. The service is provided as a board view inside monday.com and through related backend endpoints. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.

2. Accounts and access

GitPipeline relies on monday.com for identity. Installation and access are managed through your monday.com account and the permissions you grant when you connect GitHub. You are responsible for the actions taken under your monday.com account and for the repositories you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through monday.com's marketplace monetization platform. Subscription terms, trial periods, renewals, and refunds are handled according to monday.com's billing policies. If a payment fails, monday.com provides a grace period during which the app continues to function before paid features are suspended.

5. Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. You retain all rights to your monday.com and GitHub data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.

6. Service availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We respond to support requests sent to support@ideaplaces.com within two business days.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdeaPlaces will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using GitPipeline at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of GitPipeline after a change means you accept the updated terms.
